I. Cause of Death
II. Mechanism of Death
III. Manner of Death
IV. In 1-2 paragraphs, describe your overall opinion using evidence about how the individual in your case file died.
We believe that our descendant ended up dying from a Heart attack. The reason why we believe this is because as we said before he was a smoker, occasionally would get heart burns and consumed alcohol socially, and he was slightly obese.
When doing more research on our case we discovered that the symptoms he had were very similar to Peptic ulcer that is what we believed he had . Even though he was never diagnosed its not very common that you can get them mixed up with a heart attack. The symptoms of a Peptic ulcer consist on burning pain in the middle or upper stomach between meals or at night, along with bloating, heartburn, nausea, and vomiting which are the same symptoms. Chest pain is one of the most common reasons a person goes to the emergency room.
Often, the pain caused by a heart attack and during a severe heartburn episode is so difficult to distinguish and sophisticated medical testing is needed to determine whether or not you are having a heart attack. The consendent ignored his symptoms and consumed multiple over the counter pain relievers. While still taking un-prescribed over the counter mediation he did smoke when he had all of these systems (Anemometer Events). When the Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) got to his house he was unresponsive and the EMT had to do Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). When they arrived to the hospital they had to use the defibrillators but he was already in full arrest at 1747 hours.
