Being able to focus on one task at a time, you able accomplish more throughout your day. Learning from the difficult times in your life is such a humbling experience. By trying to have a positive outlook on everyday situations that you are faced with, you should be able to relieve stress from you life. Taking time for yourself is very important when you are working on something nonstop. If not, you will exhaust all of your energy. Over thinking the little things in your life is unnecessary. Find the humor in stressful situations by not worrying about doing everything perfectly.
RelievingTaking time for yourself is very important. For example when you are working on a task nonstop you might exhaust all of your energy. More than likely you will start a task with the mindset of trying to finish it within that timeframe given to you. You will start off strong and as the day goes on you start to get tired, stressed, and or annoyed. To keep this from happening you should set a timer 15 minutes (max). In this time do something that makes you happy and gets you mind of what ever task that is. Focus on what you can control and not what you can’t. Can help bring relief to how you are feeling in that moment. Which is good for your mind, body, and soul.
AvoidingBeing able to focus on one task at a time you able accomplish more throughout your day, creating a list of everything that you need to get down and physical cross task off of your list. Physical write a list, you are able to visually see what you need to get done. By doing this you can physically see how you should prioritize your in a way that works for you. Rewarding yourself after stressful activities is very important. Being able to take the time to appreciate things that you get done throughout the day is just a mental reminder that you can push through. Taking time out to just to simply stretch your muscles, meditate, do a few tension-relieving exercises, or a brisk walk.

CopingLearning from the difficult times in your life is such a humbling experience. If you feel that you are stuck in a rut and have no motivation to do anything try to change up your environment and get creative. Also making sure you are take care of yourself as much as possible. This means by doing the basics: sleep, eating healthy, exercise, and by keeping a normal routine. This may be difficult but, these simple task can help you cope with stressful events that my surface. By remembering that you can accomplish anything if you put the time and right amount of effort in.
ReducingOver Thinking the little things in your life is unnecessary. Finding the humor in stressful situations also by you relaxing your standards and not worrying about doing everything perfectly. Being perfect is boring life goes by a little more smoothly if you don't worry about a little dirt on your shoe. Also by changing your perspective on the way you look at life as in stead of “what will happen” to “ what's next”. By working on one task at a time and completing it and then asking yourself what’s next you are making a smooth transition between task. Realize that you have came a long way.
